offered by our practice. In addition, there are details on how to register

Confidentiality for the under 16s:
Your Doctor, Nurses and Health Centre staff provide a completely confidential service to everyone,
including teenagers and the under 16s. This means we will not tell anyone about your visit. The
only rare exception is if you are at risk of very serious harm. We will always try to inform you
first.
A completely confidential contraception and sexual health service is provided by the Practice.
A teenage clinic is also available in Stafford each Saturday 10.00am - 12.00noon
at Connexions (near Argos). Telephone: 01785 356656. No appointment is necessary.
