  Repeat Prescriptions
Ordering your Repeat Prescriptions:
There are four ways you can order your repeat prescriptions:
Important: Whichever method of request you choose (except online), please ensure that you include your name, address, date of birth, telephone number (in case we have a query) and the name and strength of the drug that you require. Please also ensure that you still 'have repeats left' and do not need to see a doctor or a nurse to have the medication reauthorised. Please note: For security reasons, we do not request your name, address or telephone number on our online requests service.
Ordering Online:
You can use our secure online ordering service by clicking here. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.
Ordering by Fax:
You may fax us at any time (day or night) on 01785 661064. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.
Ordering in Person:
You can post your prescription request in the box located next to reception between 8.45am & 6.00pm (Mon-Fri). If the Health Centre is closed, please post your request in the external letter box.
Ordering by Post:
You can post your repeat slip request to us via Royal Mail to the following address :-
Weeping Cross Health Centre
Bodmin Avenue,
Weeping Cross,
Stafford.
ST17 0EG
Please mark the envelope for the attention of Reception.
We suggest that you post your request 7 days before you are due to run out of medication.
We will be only too happy to post your prescription to you if you include a stamped addressed envelope. Alternatively, you can collect your prescription from reception, or we will forward it to a chemist of your choice if you have previously instructed us to do so. (This must be in writing - forms are available from most chemists - who must agree to collect your prescription on your behalf.)
