If you have booked an appointment with a Doctor, Nurse or other member of staff, it is really important to let us know if you need to cancel it.

Methods for cancelling your appointment are:

1. Online: Cancel Your Appointment via this website.
2. By Telephone: Please call us on 01785 662505 and tell the receptionist.
3. By Fax: Please send us a fax on the surgery fax number.
4. In Person: Call into the surgery and let the receptionist know in person.

Please Note: To use this web site to cancel your appointment you must give us at least one working day's notice. For example, if it is currently 10am on Monday, you cannot cancel an appointment earlier than 10am on Tuesday.

If you are cancelling an appointment that is in less than one working day, please use one of the other methods to cancel.

Why is it important to tell us you want to cancel your appointment ?

Up to 160 patients fail to cancel their appointment each month, equivalent to 10 GP surgeries. This wastes a lot of valuable Doctor and Nursing time and also means everyone waits longer to be seen.

By telling us in good time that you cannot keep an appointment, we can offer your appointment to someone else. This helps us to reduce waiting times and means everyone can be seen sooner.
