We run a computerised system to issue repeat prescriptions which have already been agreed with your doctor.

Methods for ordering your precriptions are:

1. Online:
   Order your Repeat Prescription via this website.
2. By Fax:
   You may fax us at any time (day or night) on 01785 661064.
3. In Person:
   Return the counterfoil of the prescription document indicating the medication you require to reception. A box is provided in reception to enable you to deliver your prescription without having to wait.
4. By Post:
   Post the counterfoil of the prescription document indicating the medication you require to the surgery, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope. If posting please remember to give at least one weeks notice for a first class stamp and longer if using second class.
5. Chemist:
   Some of the local chemists also do a collection service for the surgery. Please ask your regular chemist for details.

Unfortunately we do not accept requests by telephone.

When will my Prescription be ready ?

Prescriptions will be ready for collection in 48 Working Hours day if you will be picking the prescription up from the Surgery (See table right):

For those that request their prescription be sent to a local pharmacy then the time will be dependant on that pharmacy. Please contact the relevant pharmacy for an indication of the timescale.

Where can I get my prescription ?

There are several pharmacies in and around Weeping Cross. The pharmacies will pick up your written prescription from the health centre. If you wish to use this service please state which pharmacy you wish to use on your prescription request. Please note this may result in a delay in you getting your medication.
