Directions to the Surgery:
  1. Leave M6 (Southbound) at Junction 14.
  2. At roundabout take your 2nd left exit (Stafford A5013).
  3. At the next roundabout take the right hand exit.
  4. Move into the inside lane - you will pass through a set of traffic lights.
  5. You will then come to a roundabout controlled by traffic lights - stay in the inside lane - you need to take the 2nd exit - this will bring you onto a short dual carriageway.
  6. Make sure that you are on the inside lane of the dual carriageway and as you get to the roundabout follow the road to the left. Asda will be on your right hand side.
  7. Move into the right hand lane (Esso garage on your right).
  8. At the traffic lights turn right.
  9. Follow the road (trees either side of you) and at the next traffic lights turn left (Lloyds bank on your right).
  10. Follow the road over a railway bridge until you get to the next roundabout.
  11. At the roundabout go straight over (2nd Exit).
  12. Follow the road (Caravan and BMW dealers on your right).
  13. You will go up a hill to a (spot) roundabout - Stay in the inside lane.
  14. At the (spot) roundabout at the top of the hill bear left - immediately you come to another (spot) roundabout bear right.
  15. Follow the road for 300yds and take your 1st turning on the left (Lynton Avenue).
  16. You will come to a 'T' Junction with shops immediately in front of you - turn right.
  17. Weeping Cross Health Centre is just past the pub on your right hand side.
