Telephone Advice may include queries about a prescription, a test result, a hospital appointment, a referral, a form that needs to be completed or advice about a minor ailment.
The best time to talk to the Doctor on the telephone is after morning surgery between 11.00am & 11.30am. Please be patient if you are not connected immediately as they may be in a meeting or out on a visit or on an emergency call.
